Frequently Asked Questions and Queries.

How long will my order take? What’s the usual process?

Due to the nature of how we operate how long an order will take will depend on variety of factors such as the size and complexity of an order, current inventory, and the backlog of current orders. We will give you a date which when it should be ready and contact you as to when it’s ready to be collected.

Can I bring my own items to engrave?

Yes, we can engrave your items that you bring in dependent on factors such as size and age.

How can I get a quote from you for an item or engraving?

Just give us a call or email telling us what you’re looking for and we’ll get back to you with what we feel would best suit your needs.

When do you open? What times of the year do you operate?

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 in the morning until 1pm in the afternoon, and return from lunch at 2pm. We typically take a break around August and a shorter one in December, but are still available to take calls and make note of orders.

Have you moved recently? I heard or remember you being at a different location.

We are located at 73 Summerland Square, Clashrea in Waterford, Ireland and have been since the summer of 2024. We moved after 11 years over on the Lower Yellow Road due to the wish to move a bigger premises that allow us to better serve our customers. We’re just down the road from our old location so hopefully you’ll stop by!
